Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose and Scope

This policy applies to every Postrai account, upload, prompt, generated image, and use of our services. By using Postrai, you agree to this policy and our Terms of Service.

Prohibited Content and Conduct

You may not use Postrai to create, upload, request, distribute, or promote:

• Pornography, nudity, explicit sexual content, NSFW content, or sexually suggestive content.
• Any sexualized, exploitative, abusive, or otherwise harmful content involving minors.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, harassment, hate, extremism, or graphic violence.
• Fraud, phishing, impersonation, deceptive advertising, illegal products, or illegal services.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights.
• Malware, spam, instructions to bypass safeguards, or attempts to discover or evade moderation rules.
• Any unlawful content or conduct that could harm another person, Postrai, or our service partners.

Uploaded Images and Reference Designs

You must have the rights and permissions needed for every product photo, logo, person, brand, and reference design you upload. Do not use Postrai to create misleading replicas, unauthorized endorsements, or content that falsely suggests a person or organization approved it.

Automated Safety Checks

Postrai screens every prompt before image generation. A request is blocked when it violates this policy, needs further safety review, or cannot be checked safely. Attempts to bypass, probe, or evade these checks are prohibited.

Enforcement

We may block a request, limit features, remove content, suspend an account, or terminate access when necessary to protect users, Postrai, or our service partners. Serious or repeated violations may be reported when required by law.

Contact support@postrai.app if you have questions about this policy or believe a request was blocked in error. Include a brief description of the request, but do not email passwords, full payment card numbers, or sensitive personal information.
