Postrai is an independent AI flyer creation service. We use third-party AI infrastructure to generate marketing graphics, but Postrai is not affiliated with or endorsed by any underlying model provider.

Get Help

For product questions, account issues, billing questions, or refund requests, sign in and select Contact Support in the bottom-right corner of Postrai.

Using the support form keeps your request connected to your account and lets you attach screenshots. You can follow replies from Settings → Support Tickets.

You can also email support@postrai.app. For billing or refund requests, include the order number, account email, charge date, and a short description.

Before You Send a Request

• Describe what you expected and what happened.
• Include the order number for billing questions.
• Attach a screenshot when it helps explain the issue.
• Never send passwords, full card numbers, bank account details, or API keys.

We normally acknowledge requests within 2 business days.
