Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Postrai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

Postrai provides AI-assisted tools for creating flyers, posters, product ads, and social media graphics from business fields, uploaded images, logos, and reference designs. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

Independent Service and AI Providers

Postrai is an independent AI flyer creation service. It uses third-party AI infrastructure to generate marketing graphics and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any underlying model provider. References to third-party services describe technical compatibility or infrastructure only and do not imply sponsorship, partnership, or official approval.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Acceptable Use and Content Safety

You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. In particular, you agree not to do any of the following:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
• Upload images, logos, or reference designs you do not have the right to use.
• Use reference designs to create a design that is confusingly close to another party's protected work.
• Pornography, nudity, explicit sexual content, NSFW content, or sexually suggestive content.
• Sexualized, exploitative, abusive, or otherwise harmful content involving minors.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, harmful deepfakes, harassment, hate, extremism, or graphic violence.
• Fraud, phishing, impersonation, deceptive advertising, illegal products, or illegal services.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to send spam, malware, other harmful content, or instructions intended to bypass safety checks.

Postrai screens every prompt before image generation. We may block a request, restrict features, remove content, suspend an account, or terminate access when these rules are violated or when a request cannot be checked safely.

Payment and Billing

Paid features are billed in advance for the selected billing period. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in line with our refund policy.

Each completed generation may consume credits according to the plan or product you selected. Editing text, switching templates, analyzing a reference design, and downloading a generated image do not consume extra credits unless stated otherwise in the product UI.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are responsible for reviewing generated posters before publishing them, including prices, offers, claims, dates, addresses, image rights, and any local advertising or consumer-protection rules that may apply.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
